Welcome to Inspired By Spike

This is the home of my Buffyverse fanfiction. I was an occasional watcher of Buffy until Joss gave us the arc that became Spike's redemption. That's what I blame for turning me into an addict. I'm not a big TV watcher, but Spike, as portrayed by James Marsters just seemed to be a character worth obsessing over. And even though the show(s) have apparently ended, the stories are still here.

It all started when I wasn't happy with the way he was being treated on the show. So, I wrote some fics where he (eventually) gets the respect, and more importantly, love he deserves.

I'm primarily a Spuffy shipper, although I can see scenarios where Spike could be happy with someone else, and there's always a chance I'll write one of those. The only current exception to the Spuffy rule is Seeking Vengeance which, to me, is still Spuffy based, although to others it could seem like another ship altogether. I leave you to read it and make up your own minds.
